MOM. WIFE. BUSINESS OWNER. ATTORNEY.
SHERMAN THROUGH-AND-THROUGH.
My Family This is my beautiful family, the most precious people in my life. Sherman is not just a city, it is the foundation of the lives we build. I have built my children's foundations in Sherman, where they are being taught - both in school and in life - about how to learn, how to love, and how to grow. I want to make Sherman a place that will not only prosper my future, but the future of my three children as well. It is crucial that we plan looking forward to the next generation - they are how the legacy of Sherman will live on.

My Passion I am so blessed. Throughout my life this community has supported me, my family, and now my business. My blessings are not mine only, but mine to share as I am able. That is why I believe service to our community must be an integral part of our lives... and I practice what I preach.
I currently sit on the board of the Grayson County Crisis Center, HOAMM, The Owen Foundation, The Sherman Chamber of Commerce and the SEDCO WOMO Advisory Board. I'm an active member in our SISD PTAs and the Health Advisory Committee and have been a Sunday School teacher for longer than I can remember. In addition, my family and my business financially support non-profit organizations as often as we can. I am passionate about serving, about giving, and about building up the non-profits in our City. |
My Business In 2019, I opened my firm right here in Sherman, Texas. I am a small business owner and most of my clients are business owners as well. As entrepreneurs, we sometimes learn hard lessons and often face challenging times but we are so blessed and supported by this amazing community! I believe one of my greatest strengths is that I truly, deeply, personally appreciate the issues and obstacles that our local businesses face. The decisions that shape this great city should never be made without understanding the impact it will have on the businesses, small and large, that support our community.

My Sherman Roots I am a proud third-generation Shermanite! I was born and raised in Sherman and (aside from my few years in law school) I have happily lived my entire life in this amazing city. I'm a proud Bearcat, class of 2000, and a fighting Kangaroo, class of 2003. I love and adore Sherman. I know how blessed I have been to get to be a part of this community - we are a people that give without second thought and support each other without conditions.
Without hesitation, I can say that I owe a great deal of my accomplishment to having been raised in Sherman. I am excited to show my thanks, to give back, and to pay it forward by taking the next step into city leadership. |
